OOP M5434 Easy Endless Options Pattern. I used View B which has wrapped fronts, tie ends and three-quarter length sleeves. This was super quick to sew, maybe two hours or less. The fabric is a houndstooth print knit from the Joanns clearance earlier this year. This was my third top for the OTTChallenge which ends April 15th. Maybe I can crank out one more, we'll see. Below are a few pictures from the Haute Couture Club of Chicago fashion show.
After reading Cennetta's descriptions of their bi-monthly gatherings and meeting discussions, it sounded intriguing. When the opportunity arose, we decided to go. It has been awhile since we attended a fashion show. What can I say. All the garments were beautifully made! Garment after garment down the runway, perfectly fitted to each model! The talent displayed is amazing! My photos aren't the best, but I tried to capture a few. I think that is Cennetta's daughter in the second photo. Visit her blog to get a better view of her garments and descriptions of the sewing involved as well as the fashion show itself. We had a good time!
